Wholesale Availability
I welcome wholesale and retail enquiries. Please contact me via the contact form with your retail store name and address, along with order quantity if you wish to purchase wholesale. Please read through the wholesale terms below and only purchase if you are agreeable with these terms.
Resale
Resale is NOT allowed on third-party selling platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace. Resale is only permitted in-person and/or on a stockist’s independent website. All items should be displayed and sold in their original packaging.
Minimum Order
Wholesalers receive 40% off MSRP with minimum opening order of 200 USD (before shipping costs).
Payment
Payments will be processed through Paypal or Stripe.
Processing time
Processing time ranges from 3-5 business days depending on item. Large orders for enamel pins will take up to 2 months if the order quantity is larger than inventory. If your order requires special attention - like additional packaging - processing time will be extended.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. We do stringent quality checks and make sure items are well wrapped before shipping out parcels. If your order is damaged in transit or you received defective items, we will replace the damaged/defective items. To have defective/damaged items replaced, please contact us with images of the damaged/defective items.
Shipment
International shipment will be through FEDEX, tracked and insured. Local (Singapore) shipment will be through local couriers or Singapore post, tracked.
Photo Usage
Photos may be downloaded directly from our website listings for use only by our stockists. Stockists are permitted to use our product photography for their own websites and social media channels. If you choose to do this, we ask that you provide attribution to @atelier_eumori on Meta platforms and @eumori on Tiktok. Please also note that failing to provide attribution can hurt your reputation, as you may be reported as selling a counterfeit product.
